The conferences

The conferences will lead us from Middle-Age through the third millennium to makes us understand a district's evolution thanks to old documents and of course last decades archaeoligical discoveries.

         

The meetings

As time goes by, many crafts are branded the "Presqu'île".

To that purpose, meetings are held with artisans to better know their activities : craftsmen in wrought iron, goldsmithes, gilders, bookbinders...
All these men whose job contributed to Lyon's fame over the centuries, will welcome us in their workshop.
These meetings will lift the veil on the realities of a nearly-forgotten "savoir-faire".
